This charming Grade II listed town house was built in 1655. Sleeps up to 6 (3 doubles) but couples or single guests most welcome. Equipped to a high standard, and offering comfortable accommodation over three floors, with superb views over the harbour to the East Side and Abbey, St Mary's Church and out to sea. Located on a quiet side street off Flowergate in the centre of Whitby with its shops, restaurants and pubs; five minutes walk from the beach, less than a minute to the harbour. Ample unrestricted street parking nearby. Well behaved pets welcome.

Fully equipped. Night storage heaters in all rooms except toilet. All bed linen provided at no extra charge. All electricity included in cottage hire price - no extra charges. Tea towels and dishcloths are provided, but please bring your own towels. A cot is available if required.

Arrival from 3 p.m. A spare key will be available in the cottage. Please vacate the cottage promptly or before 10.30 a.m. on the morning of your departure.

THREE NIGHT BREAKS:- Bookings are from Saturday or Wednesday.
i.e. Arriving Saturday and leaving Tuesday, or arriving Wednesday and leaving Saturday.

Please note that on Bank holidays, school holidays and other national holidays that weekend only breaks are not available. N.B. 3 day breaks are only available from November to March inclusive and exclude Bank Holidays.
A deposit of one third is payable on booking, with the balance payable 4 weeks before your holiday. Please send the deposit within SIX DAYS of a telephone booking, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. On receipt of your booking form and deposit you will be sent a confirmation and receipt. The balance is payable 4 weeks before your holiday. When a property is cancelled, the deposit is lost and unless the property is re-let, the outstanding balance has to be paid in full. You will be sent a cottage key and a map showing the exact location of the cottage, as well as suggested free parking places, 7-10 days before the start of your holiday.
